Specific deliverables are outlined in proposals or project agreements
Client Responsibilities
By using our services, the Client agrees to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project completion
Supply content (text, images, videos) that is legally owned or licensed
Approve designs, content, and revisions within agreed timelines
Make payments on time
Not engage in illegal, unethical, or fraudulent activities involving our services
Failure to meet responsibilities may cause delays, additional fees, or termination of services.
Payment Terms
Quotes & Pricing
All pricing is customised per project and outlined in a formal quote or proposal.
Quotes are valid for 5 days from the date issued.
Deposit & Payments
A 50% deposit is required before any work begins.
Remaining balance is due before project completion and before final delivery.
Payments must be made via the approved methods outlined in your invoice.
Late Payments
Invoices are payable within 5 days.
Late payments may incur a 10% monthly penalty.
Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellation by Client
If cancelled before work begins, the deposit is refundable.
If cancelled after work has started, the client must pay for all completed work.
Cancellation by Perez Digital
We reserve the right to cancel services for reasons including:
Non-payment
Breach of Terms
Fraudulent or unethical activity
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Refund Policy
Deposits become non-refundable once work has begun.
No refunds for completed work unless Perez Digital fails to meet agreed deliverables.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
Ownership of Work
Perez Digital retains full ownership of all work until payment is received in full.
Once paid, ownership rights are transferred to the Client unless stated otherwise.
Client Content
The Client must have legal rights to all content provided.
The Client is responsible for copyright compliance.
Portfolio Use
Perez Digital may use completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
Third-Party Tools
Some services require third-party tools (plugins, hosting services, ad platforms).
Perez Digital is not responsible for:
Licensing fees
Security issues
System changes or outages caused by third-party providers
Confidentiality & Data Protection
→ All Client information is treated as confidential.
→ We follow POPIA-compliant data protection standards.
→ Clients must also keep confidential any proprietary methods, strategies, or proposals provided by Perez Digital.
Termination of Service
Service Termination by Perez Digital
We may terminate or suspend services immediately if the Client:
→ Fails to pay invoices
→ Violates these Terms
→ Engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unethical conduct
Service Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services by giving 2 days’ written notice.
All completed work must be fully paid before termination.
